Take the time to find your main water meter and shutoff, the small shutoff valves under sinks and toilets, and the water and gas shutoffs near your water heater so you can quickly turn everything off if you ever have a leak, burst pipe, or smell gas. This usually stops majority of emergencies!

  • Is there an extra charge for emergency calls?

    We operate by appointment seven days a week. Our diagnostic fee for any visit is credited toward your repair cost when you proceed with the work — so the visit itself is never a wasted expense.


  • What areas do you cover for emergency calls?

    We serve Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, Plano, Rowlett, Sunnyvale, Sachse, and surrounding DFW communities. Call (469) 703-2731 and we'll confirm coverage for your location.

  • My toilet is overflowing — what do I do right now?

    Reach behind the toilet and turn the shutoff valve clockwise until it stops — this cuts the water supply to the toilet. If you can't find or turn the shutoff valve, go to your main water shutoff and turn off the water to the house. Then call us.

  • How do I find my main water shutoff?

    In most Garland and Mesquite homes, the main shutoff is either at the water meter box near the curb (you may need a meter key to access it) or inside the home near where the main supply line enters — often in a utility room, garage, or crawl space. We recommend locating this valve before an emergency occurs.
